Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
For AGM (IT): BCA/MCA/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/Electronics with 50% marks.
For AGM (HR): MBA/PGDM in HR from UGC recognized university.
For Legal Posts: LLB (Full-time) with 50% marks.
For Manager Posts: Graduation with 50% marks and 6-month MS Office certification.
Experience:
AGM: Minimum 11 years relevant experience.
Chief Manager: Minimum 8 years.
Senior Manager: Minimum 5 years.
Manager: Minimum 3 years.
