Eligibility Criteria

For Junior Clerk/Typist:

• Educational Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree from a UGC-recognized University.
  • Certificate of basic computer application knowledge from a recognized institute (as per GAD resolutions dated 13-08-2008 and 18-03-2016).
• Desirable:
  • Good knowledge of Gujarati and English typing.
  • Must pass CCC and Hindi/Gujarati Higher Level exam during contractual period (if not already passed).

For Junior Stenographer:

• Educational Qualification:
  • Any Graduate from a UGC-recognized University.
  • Basic computer knowledge as per Government norms.
  • Adequate knowledge of Gujarati and English.
  • English Stenography @ 90 w.p.m OR Gujarati Stenography @ 60 w.p.m.
  • Preference for candidates with skills in both English and Gujarati Stenography.
  • Must pass CCC and Hindi/Gujarati Higher Level exam during contractual period (if not already passed).
